EULA (Licensed Application End User License Agreement)

If you are using Celestia Pro on an Apple device, Apple’s standard end user license agreement (EULA) applies.

Overview

Celestia Pro is an astrology and self-reflection platform that provides content such as birth chart readings, daily horoscopes, tarot, and insights related to self-understanding and personal growth.

Celestia Pro provides educational and informational content only and does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Always seek a qualified professional for such guidance.

Eligibility

To use Celestia Pro, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your account credentials secure and confidential.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

You agree to notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misuse, disrupt, or interfere with the app or its infrastructure.
• Use Celestia Pro for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes.
• Attempt to access, scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with our systems or other users’ data.
• Copy, distribute, or commercially exploit content without permission.

We reserve the right to restrict access if we believe usage violates these terms. Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://celestiapro.app/privacy-policy.

Intellectual property

All content on Celestia Pro, including text, visuals, branding, design, software, and code, is owned by Celestia Pro or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Celestia Pro is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the app or its content.
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes, improvements, or results.

Use of the app is entirely at your own risk.

Subscription Access

Celestia Pro is accessible only with an active subscription.

Subscriptions are purchased outside the mobile application via our website using third-party payment providers. Apple users can also purchase a subscription inside the app, by registering inside the app. For Android users, the Celestia Pro app does not process payments or offer in-app purchases.

An active account created after successful subscription is required to log in and use the app.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Celestia Pro at any time if you:

• Violate these Terms of Use.
• Use the app in a way that could harm users, systems, or the brand.

You may stop using the app at any time. Subscription termination can initiated from inside the app, or by contacting support at support@salesfactory.media. For Apple users using Apple Subscriptions, subscriptions can also be canceled through the App Store.

You may delete your account at any time. Account deletion can be initiated in from inside the app.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time.

• Continued use of Celestia Pro after changes means you accept the updated terms.
• We encourage you to review this page periodically.
